What is Acrobatic Gymnastics?

Acrobatic Gymnastics is made up of three different exercises, balance, dynamic and combined. All of the exercises are performed on a sprung floor with no additional apparatus. It is performed in pairs and groups:

Tumbling

Tumbling is performed on a 25 metre track and consists of a series of consecutive somersaults and twists.
